Madhuri Dixit in M.F. Husain’s paintings

A self-confessed Madhuri Dixit fan, the legendary painter first came to be associated with Bollywood in the 90s when he claimed to have seen the Madhuri-Salman Khan starrer Hum Aapke Hain Koun 73 times! So drunk on her beauty he was that he decided to debut as a filmmaker with `Gaja Gamini` and make her a part of his larger-than-life canvas. He made a series of paintings depicting the actress in various moods.
