Volume II in 2 parts: 185-392 pages and 185-384 pages accounts for 'History of the French War, from 1812 to its Close', as well as 'Retrospective View of England's Battles by Sea and Land'. With six illustrated plates.
Volume III in 2 parts: 1-200 pages and 1-192 pages accounts for a 'History of England's Campaigns in India and China; and of The Indian Mutiny, 1857-1859'. With six illustrated plates.
Volume IV: 193- 379 pages includes 'History of the Volunteer Movement, 1858-1863; and of The War with Russia, 1854-1856'. With six illustrated plates.
Volume V and VI: 338 pages follow on with a history of the volunteer movement and battles from other battles from the 1800s.
