Horace Hayman Wilson (1786-1860) was an English orientalist who resided in India for many years and translated various Sanskrit books. He was the first to translate the whole Rig Veda (Rig-Veda Sanhitá: A Collection of Ancient Hindu Hymns), which was released in six volumes between 1850 and 1888. So, he was dead long before the last volume was printed.

Rig Veda 10:129 is contained in the sixth and final book, although not with that title. Wilson organised the hymns differently, with this one being: Anuva'ka XI, Adhya'ya VII, Skta I (CXXIX), Varga XVII.

The translation is highly annotated, mostly through long footnotes, in which he primarily conveyed the views of Sayana, a notable 14th century scholar.
