A South Caucasian Chichi squarish carpet woven by a group of Chechnian settlers from the Shirvan region. The central panel is filled with a glorious collection of stylized Memling guls drawn in a dense cluster, where each gul appears to be random and unique among the large collection of guls. The field is framed by a wide barberpole border which is circumscribed by two narrow borders of flowers in bloom.
