An Anatolian carpet from the Bergama region in Western Turkey. The rectangular central panel is divided into two halves, each of which is filled with a large sixteen pointed star. The major border contains the leaf and calyx icons and the pair of flanking minor borders show zigzag flowing rivers.

The carpet has a lining measuring 191 x 120 cm (48 x 72.36 in)
