Kashmir - a 4 x 6 ft. rug, has been designed and hand-knotted by Sajana, an artisan working with Jaipur Rugs. For Sajana, Kashmir is a dream. She was inspired by the beautiful valley of Kashmir, which she saw in movies and newspapers. Her yearning to visit Kashmir resulted in her designing the valley with date and pine trees. The rug aspires to create the same feelings of joy and happiness she finds looking at her children’s faces.
