Albumen prints mounted on card and captioned and numbered in pencil on mounts in the same unknown hand, a total of thirty-two photographs with one per page on 32 pages measuring 6.5 x 8.25 in (16.2 x 20.8 cm) and mounted on recto only. Album size: 15.25 x 21.5 x 1.75 in (39 x 54.5 x 4.5 cm). Mount Size: 14.75 x 20.5 in (37.5 x 52 cm). Contemporary full leather bound with highly decorative gilt borders at the edges along with gilt logo at the centre of the front board along with six raised bands at the spine.
The images, grouped by location, generally show architectural and scenic views. Images include scenes from Bombay (2), Khandalla (1), Ellora (1), Elephanta (1), Cashmere (2), Kulu (1), Benaras (2), Lucknow (3), Amritsar (1), Calcutta (1), Delhi (5) and Agra including views of Taj (7).
