Sarojini Naidu was elected as President of the Indian National Congress, to follow Mahatma Gandhi in that office. In this volume are included all the poems of Sarojini Naidu previously published in the three volumes: "The Broken Wing," "The Golden Threshold," and "The Bird of Time."
