One of the outstanding cultural characteristics of the tribals is their love for music and dance.The Warlis have been dancing to the tune of TARPA for centuries , on festivities and important rituals.Tarpa is a wind instrument prepared by the Warlis themselves and varies from one feet to six feet.It consists of 3 main parts- The top most being a dried gourd with a hole at the top. A hollow bamboo stick is inserted in it through which it is blown.
