Lots
6,
7 and 8 follow the story of a commoner dealing with government bureaucracy-a routine most Indians are familiar with. Goud deftly brings the viewer to sympathise with the man by showing him as an earnest commoner. The stamps, files and handing of a form indicate his engagement in filling out official paperwork. Additionally, Goud's style in the lots involves distinct outlines and few details, resembling the frames of an animated story or a comic strip. Though the narrative is not apparent, the three pictures communicate the helplessness of the characters in a stark and simple manner, without being emotionally overbearing.
