Embroidery in silk and metallic threads in traditional zari and zardosi techniques on a natural linen handwoven base fabric. Inspired from a collection designed in the mid 90's these cushion covers will be recreated in 2020.

Each cushion is designed and made in house at the atelier in Chennai and will be accompanied by a certificate signed by our creative director, Jean Francois Lesage. The designs were created accessing references from our vast archives of techniques and images. This current selection is a souvenir of one of our earliest collections from the mid '90s, inspired by the natural world. An apt subject today when much of this environment is under threat of extinction.
