Pulled directly from nature and into Viya's workshop, the Arabian Coral Screen lays special emphasis on the textures found in the sea. Coral is stood upright and framed, albeit now rendered in brass and treated in a dusky turquoise patina. The piece exudes an asymmetrical dynamic, with no manipulation of nature other than transforming the perishable into the permanent.
