This is an amazing collection of original cartoons based on the Jazz Yatra Festivals held in Mumbai at the Rang Bhavan from 1980 to 2004 by the late cartoonist extraordinaire Mario De Miranda.

All of these cartoons were published the very next day after the concerts first in the Mid-day and then later on in the Afternoon Despatch & Courier.
The cartoons bring out the essence of life in the city of Mumbai and records the moods and styles of all those who attended the Jazz Yatra Concerts under the open sky at now defunct amphitheater Rang Bhavan for over two decades.
Sadly many of these great Jazz Artists are not alive today but their spirits lives on with these memorable cartoons that captured their expressions.
